Delivery Policy

Short version: it's all digital, and your plan unlocks the moment your payment goes through.

1. Digital delivery, no shipping

HeyCaveman is an online software service. Nothing is shipped: there are no physical goods and no shipping charges. Everything you buy is delivered to your HeyCaveman account.

  • Lifetime plans unlock immediately after your payment succeeds. Your plan shows in Settings → Plan & billing and you can start making videos straight away.
  • Upgrades between lifetime plans unlock immediately in the same way.
  • Agency extras (team seats, your custom mascot pack and the setup call) are delivered by our team: we contact you within 2 working days of your purchase to set them up, and the custom mascot pack is delivered within 14 days.

2. If your plan doesn't unlock

Payment confirmations occasionally take a few minutes. If your plan hasn't changed after 15 minutes, reload the page; if it still hasn't, email support@heycaveman.com with your account email and the Razorpay payment ID, and we'll activate it manually.
